Healing Tea

Healing Tea

Fabric gathered on travels to Penang, a chopstick holder gifted by a friend after a visit to a mountaintop in Japan, a hot cup of healing tea, an orange passion fruit, and a small bunch of bananas.

Light streams in through the window, creating a gentle play between warmth and cool shadows.

I gathered the things I love around me, bringing my senses fully into what was before me. I focused on the light, the warmth, and a feeling of quiet goodness — like offering myself a hug.
